Serica Corporation has been a manufacturer and exporter of furniture since 1980. We design, manufacture furniture and export worldwide. The major markets are the North American, Middle East and European countries. All the manufacturing jobs were done in our own factories. The product lines include full ranges of household and office furniture.
Serica Corporation is trying to pool the resources and expertise together to form an internet company, which will be specialized in furniture B2C and B2B e-commerce. At the first stage, all forces and attention will be put on B2B, which we already have a strong hold. At this moment, B2C plan is still in its embryonic stage. Serica Enterprise Corporation is a British Virgin Islands company registered in 2000 especially for the purpose of handling the export business from areas or countries other than Taiwan, such as Mainland China and Vietnam.
In 2007, Guangzhou Serica Furniture Manufacturing Corporation was formally established in China. The factory is dedicated mainly the manufacturing of all kinds of office chairs, manager chairs, secretary chairs, visitor chairs, student chairs, and sofas.
Management
Will Chen (Chen, Wen-Chuan) is the Co-Founder and President of the company. Will has rich experience of the furniture trade and has worked in extensive fields, such as international trade, electronic industry, manufacturing and finance, before or during the tenure at the company.
He received Bachelor of Commerce degree from prestigious National Chengchi University in Taiwan and MBA degree jointly conferred by Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in the U. S. and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in Hong Kong, China.
